APF195 204-195-000-021 Compact DC Power Supply Module DIN-rail-mounted
The APF195 is a compact, DIN-rail-mounted DC-DC power supply module designed to provide reliable power to industrial machinery monitoring systems and field devices. This module is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as vibration monitoring and rotating machinery protection.
It accepts a wide input range of 9.4 to 36.0 VDC and provides two stable 24 VDC outputs, each with a maximum current of 0.13 A (for a total maximum of 0.26 A, achieved through parallel output).

- Dual Independent Outputs: Provides two 24V DC / 0.13A outputs, which can be used separately or in parallel
- Current Boost via Parallel Connection: When the two outputs are connected in parallel, the total current can reach 0.26A (6.2W) without the need for external diodes
- Wide Input Range: Input voltage 9.4-36.0 VDC, compatible with 12V and 24V batteries or DC bus
- High Efficiency: Typical efficiency >80%, reducing heat generation
- Low Output Ripple: Typical <50mVpp, maximum <240mVpp, suitable for sensitive electronic equipment
- Wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C, suitable for extreme environments
Typical Applications
- Powering the GS112x Series Isolation Units: One APF195 can power one GS1127 or two GS1124/GS1122 units. If two GS1127 units are required, two APF195 units must be connected in parallel (to handle inrush current)
- Providing auxiliary power for monitoring systems: Used to power low-power devices such as external sensors, relays, and indicator lights
- Decentralized DC-DC conversion in industrial PLC cabinets: Draws power from a 24V bus, isolating or converting it to another 24V output (technically a non-isolated DC-DC converter, but with protection features)
- Replacing outdated power modules: Used for retrofit projects; compatible with DIN rail standards
⚠️ Note: Before use, please ensure that the total current of your device does not exceed 0.13A per channel (or 0.26A when connected in parallel), and assess the inrush current. If powering a GS1127, please follow the "one APF195 drives one GS1127" rule.
